That coaching is a co-created process, and that your results are correlated to your own participation in showing up for calls, trying on the practices we identify together, letting me know what you need (and giving feedback where necessary), and being committed to the process.

CONFIDENTIALITY
Everything you share in this container will be confidential. I may share success stories without giving away your identity. When in doubt, I will ask your permission before sharing.

SCHEDULING & CANCELLING
I get that life happens, and can be flexible if we need to make adjustments to our call times. That said, to manage the impact on my own life (including organizing childcare), I will enforce a cancellation fee of $50 for any sessions cancelled less than 24hours in advance *if it becomes a problem* and will talk to you about this first.
